Well, another dr's visit come and gone, not much to report. My dad's weight has not gone up any, though he has been able to keep some food down over the last week.
In addition, it looks like the dr wants him to rebuild over the next couple of months, before putting him back on chemo again...
So prayer requests...
1. That the Lord would allow my dad to continue to hold food down, so he can continue to rebuild his body and get strong again to fight this!
2. That the Lord would continue to allow my mom to be an encourager to my dad, and help keep his spirits high, as again, it seems like we are playing a waiting game.
3. That the Lord would provide both my parents with open doors as they investigate getting a second opinion.
4. That the Lord would be with the dr and provide him wisdom as he determines what the appropriate treatment is for my dad.
5. Again, that the Lord will allow all of us kids to get out to Colorado over spring break to see my parents and provide them much encouragement!
Thank you so much for your support and prayers... it already seems like it's been such a long journey, and we know we're only at the beginning.
